Clicking on an exercise starts SmartCoach™ feedback, which will guide the athlete through the planned sets. A vocal guidance will help attaining the prescribed power level.
It is just enough setting the weight machine or barbell to the prescribed load! |

Done! SmartCoach™ will now automatically analyze the data recorded. The training progress is displayed immediately on easily readable graphs which show the progress of:

power developed (lifting and lowering)
- average and total energy expenditure
- load weight
- exercise pace (reps/min)
- power of each single rep
